Ring the ground-floor bell marked Sequoia. Changing space is modest—arrive already in practice clothes when you can. Water fountain in the hall; towels not provided.

Hill Avenue is walkable from several bus lines that climb toward the old town edge. Street parking is limited; leave extra time. The entrance is shared—please keep voices low in the stairwell after 7 p.m.

Changing space holds a few hooks and a bench. Arrive in practice clothes when you can. Socks are optional; bare feet are common. We mop between class blocks.

Closed holidays are posted on the door and mentioned in reply emails. For workshop dates, use the contact form so we can send the exact start time and what to bring.

Bring a small towel if you sweat easily; the room stays warm in evening blocks. Lost-and-found items are held for two weeks on the hall shelf before donation.
